AI Calorie Tracker — Support Center
Take a photo of your meal and Vaha's AI identifies each ingredient, estimates portion sizes, and calculates the full nutritional breakdown — calories, protein, fat, and carbs. You can edit any result with a single tap.
Yes. Your nutrition and weight data is stored locally on your device. Food photos are sent to the AI service only for analysis and are never stored on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
All data is stored locally on your device by default. Vaha Unlimited subscribers can enable cloud backup via a secure private Firebase account — synced only to your profile. Note: food photos are not backed up to the cloud, only the nutritional data extracted from them.
If you have a Vaha Unlimited subscription, sign in with the same Apple or Google account on your new device, then tap Profile → Sync → Restore from Cloud. All your nutrition history and weight entries will be restored automatically.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Vaha. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Go to Profile → Restore Purchases inside the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@vaha.app with your Apple order number and we'll sort it out quickly.
Tap the pencil icon on any meal to open the edit screen. You can adjust grams, swap ingredients, or add missing items manually. The total calories and macros will update instantly.
Go to Profile → Sync with Health and tap Connect. Vaha will request permission to read and write weight data. You can manage these permissions anytime in the iPhone Health app under Sharing → Apps.
Alternatively, email us at support@vaha.app with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will process it manually.
