By downloading or using Vaha ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Description

Vaha is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracker. The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and provide estimated nutritional information. These estimates are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional dietary advice.

2. Subscriptions

• Vaha offers an optional paid subscription (Vaha Unlimited) with monthly ($4.99) and yearly ($29.99) plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Free Features

Core features — AI food photo logging, calorie and macro tracking, weight tracking, history and charts, Apple Health sync — are available for free. Cloud backup and multi-device sync require a Vaha Unlimited subscription.

4. AI Disclaimer

Nutritional data provided by AI analysis is an estimate and may not be fully accurate. Vaha is not a medical device. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary decisions, especially if you have health conditions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Vaha are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaha is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from using the app, including but not limited to reliance on nutritional estimates.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and cancel your subscription.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
